This section of the application is for students who wish to apply to be a Level Student in our School of the Arts program. Please select the school, division, and Gathering you are applying for below. This information helps us accurately place your student in the appropriate level and schedule. Upper School students (Level Students only) receive both a Gathering class and one variation class of their choice. Please be sure to select your Gathering in this section, and then choose your variation in the following field.

Lower School | Children’s Program: Beginner Ballet 1 (5-8)

Lower School | Children’s Program/Junior Program: Beginner Ballet 2 (7-12)

Lower School | Junior Division: Beginner Ballet 3 (8-12)

Upper School | Youth Division: Level 1A (13-18)

Upper School | Youth Division: Level 1B/1C (13-18) Must have completed Level 1A

Variation Selection (ALL class options available!) *

This section is for selecting your Variation Class—these are open classes available to both Level and non-Level students. You do not need to be enrolled as a Level Student to take a variation class. These classes offer an exciting opportunity for dancers to grow in different styles such as Jazz, Lyrical, Hip-Hop, and more. Please select your desired variation(s) below. If you are a Upper School Level Student, remember that one variation is included with your program, and any additional variations will have an added cost.

Dance season is fast paced and knowing information is important. I will do my best to keep myself and my student informed throughout the year.

Dance is a sport, and there is proper attire to wear to class. We are willing to abide by the dress code.

I give permission for photos of students in class and at events may be used for promotional purposes (newsletters, brochures, Facebook, website...etc). They will never be sold or used for any other purpose.

I am aware and agree to a meet and greet that may be conducted as part of the application.

I agree to perform in our spring performance and, if it works with my schedule, other additional events throughout the year.

I understand that First Position is supported by it's volunteers and agree to put in 2 hours of volunteer hours over the dance year.

I will pay all tuition, costume & any additional payments by the date they are due and always have a payment slip attached.

Upon acceptance to the company, I agree to attend the orientation to get information on classes, policy, performances and to answer any extra questions I may have.
